| The hotel itself is lovely, clean and convenient to nice restaurants.Unfortunately, the king sized bed we asked for had to be either a queen size or the smallest king size ever. The staff is friendly and attentive. |

| First time staying here. Loved the convenience of being close to restaurants. Friendly, professional staff. Rooms comfortable and clean. Nice amenities. |

| The valet parking attendance had no respect for the disabled person. They would not let me park my car in the front just to register and then park the car in the garage. 3-4 of them ran toward me and told me that I can't park my car and they would have to do it for me. I have handicap placard and don't like valet parking.

| My family of 4 (with 2 teens) had a wonderful time here. The service and room were excellent! We were impressed when we had a a problem with our bathroom that the housekeeping manager came by, our small challenge taken care of so fast, it was great! The neighborhood is safe with nice apartments, close by is great reasonable food and excellent Italian food. We would return and recommend this hotel. |

| Great hotel, great service, nice decor, excellent breakfast. Lots of restaurants in front of it. But parking costs $20 so can rack up easily when staying many days. It is quite out of the way from central San Diego and the beaches. |
